hi josie im sorry to hear about the bad news ,its good to see the club members pulling round with the offers of bits and bobs dont worry the miniwhisperer is at hand and it will seem like just a bad dream shortly .

I hope so Shawn, I really would like to have a nice dream soon!  Thank you to every one for your support & offerings.  We both very much appreciate it.  Rachel - yes to your A539, what is you asking price? Also yes to the headlight etc, again, asking price?  And dont worry about the bumper & grill as we dont know when we need anything like that anyway  Neil - not sure about the bumper if it's fitted for 13's. Will have to check it out  Paul - possibly yes to grill, but as mentioned above we will have to sort out the panels first as a priority, so not sure when we'd need it. (also if it fits?) Asking price? Dave & Neil - we will be evaluating the damage tomorrow in the day light, so not sure yet if we need the bonet yet as it may just be a case of bending it back  So Neil, dont fret!  Dave - may have to take up your offer on getting the panels, but again, we will know exactly what etc tomorrow in the day light, and with Minihaven the miniwhisperer at hand. At the moment though because of moving house & other occurances lately, we are just concentrating on getting Matilda back up & running from her deep sleep, so at least we've got something to run around in during house move! Depending how fussy you are ;D ;D got the old bonnet off Sarahs hank ( bit rusty on front edge but dont show from above ) in beige or still got the old new one off Dave ( not gen and surface rust ) in black with brown bits ;D ;D

Si I have a new A539 165/60/12 yours if you want it for a sensible offer ;D Dale risked life and limb retrieving it from the back of the garage..........the air turned blue with his language I am now glad you decided against having the tyre.........I now need it to replace the flat one I discovered today ..............just one more thing to add to my list of woes  I wouldn't have wanted to risk sending Dale back into the garage for another one............my delicate ears couldn't take it  ;D |

Rachel , has that tyre got enough tread left on it to warrant repairing ?
Providing it is not to near the sidewalls I can repair it for you . Will do as a spare at least .

Flip front it is! I've got a clubman front from BMC. Still got to collect it next week.
Poor girl will be back on the road soon.... Just got to borrow some steal at work and do a little fabrication.
Primer grey and a white GRP nose. The ugly duckling is shedding its grey for white ;D
