The arches don't offend me, would look awesome with your rose petals on there

Yep all minis should be ultra low with fat wheels. I agree they are not the best wheels but it does look sweet.
Arches are optional I remeber the agony I had about shall I shant I drill my pickup

Been working on the mk1 done quite a lot, and no it's not ready for spraying but it's getting close, it's going off to be soda blasted first before it gets painted
My Rosepetals are having the R7 tyres fitted, and a set of Yokohama A008 fitted to some 'S' rim for the elf
Also had a few more things powder coated and bought a few more bits.

Sussex blast hailsham, it's in station road ind est I have just had 5 wheel, grill and fuel tank done by them, but they have also done Front and rear subframes Radius arms Brake drum back plates Top suspension mounts Plus many sets of wheels and rear subframes over the years They make a good job. But some times can take a while but other times they knock it out quicker, bit hit and miss But for the shell I am using www.blast-cleaning.co.uk/index.php?menuid=51&component=content&task=article&articleid=38&categoryid=7

Will do some time this week , shall see what Josie's work schedule is like.
Regarding help : I can remember whilst mk1 was being re-panelled and I was putting it back together people would say how things need to be done or what should be fitted or offered help and I always ignored them usually because they either new nothing about mk1 minis or the suggestions were adding loads of crap to it or 13's, stuff like that but also because during re-assembly I wanted to do it my way and by myself . Unless I needed help for lifting . I even did the wiring loom myself , not bad for a colourblind.
I really want to help for several reasons : your a mate , I love mk1s , you biulding the car as I would plus I want to help get it done a bit quicker without you rushing stuff on your own. However I also understand because thats how i work that you will want to do it your way and sometimes that will be on your own .
