think its the best thing sell roger, save you money and your get yourself and good mini
and make sure its tax exempted. so early mk3 1972 is the last of them, it makes sence and will save you money year on year, so you know you can leave it taxed even if its garaged up for the winter and its not costing you nothing
and get one which needs no work. and dont rush into getting one
sorry for telling you how to suck eggs

;D Yep i will not be buying off ebay unless EDMC's Love guru's no sorry Mini Gurus have looked at and told me in no uncertain terms what i will be buying. What i will be after is a tin top with seatbelts in rear not fussed if 998 or 1275 what model it is, or colour no a lot of arm twisting if theres is a pink one going at the time. Not sure how many pennys i will have as it depends on what roger sells for plus an extra £150 - £200 on top from selling the polo, dont think i will get much more than that, will have a good look round after xmas and debat e on putting a new mot on it just to sell it.

Let me know about Polo , Alex is after a car in new year. First refusal please . Dont worry about seat belts too much . We can weld plates in . Thats a minor issue , lets find one made entirely of metal first . Love guru

If I was going to buy another Mini I'd definitely consider a Jap import. Might be on the more expensive side (£3k+) but they won't need loads of welding. Dan at the Real Mini Company up the M40 is a good chap.

I'm not saying you'll get that for roger, but buying a cheap rusty heap is a false economy. I haven't seen a decent car under £1500 in a long time. The Jap cars are generally very good.
