Yes looks ok, but no point now as need to sell roger and polo first before actually getting to the point of looking for another one, end of feb beginning of march before roger gets his mot,

Hello,
Off to Eastbourne today going to have a play with Roger.
Gonna fit a new carburettor as the current one likes to disperse petrol everywhere apart from into the engine ha ha ;D
That shouldn't take to long then gonna recheck lights and stuff, i know Matt has already done this but that was a good 6 months ago.
oooo getting goose bumps lol

Didn't get as much done as would of liked hey ho, fitted new carb but now need to fit a new choke cable, gonna have a look thru my old car care magazines in the section modifications then have trawl thru eBay see if I can get some 80's period mods haha.
Next job gonna drain the petrol and put nice fresh stuff in with some fuel line cleaner think redex do something then a trip down halfords for some stuff that Stephen mentions to stop my tyre going down all the time
Also stuff that was not done yesterday hehe

MOT today fingers crossed!!
Still to do this morning choke cable, check the fog light, battery negative cable, Change the wheel over, wash and make presentable lol all before 12.30 hehe

Me dad has taken the wheel that should of been on roger for mot to get the leaky valve replaced, 2 radius arm repair kits and 2 brake adjustment kits have been ordered.
Matt and I had a look at the rear brakes to make sure shoes were fine, they were then tried adjusting them this made no difference, whipped of the drum and made sure everything was working and moving it was apart from the adjuster didn't adjust lol, fingers crossed new ones will sort out the brake issue, which in turn should sort out handbrake after adjusting that, checked for air in system but none was found.
Horn is just a dodgy earth as it was working before mot but not at mot lol,
Gave him a quick wash and made hood shiny again but will defiantly have to have a new hood at some point as I noticed where one of the poppers is a hole is appearing where it is a tight fit, also one popper needs replacing but that for another day lol
Next time I post roger should be ready for his re test :-)

Well i never got said email, but after a conversation with the DVLA regarding displaying tax disc etc, i paid for the tax online.
Because i have applied for tax before my sorn is due for renewel, im allowed to drive for 5 days without a current tax disc
Picked up Marc and Hollie, Marc was in the back with the lap beltand kept badgering me to put the roof down. Hollie was in the front with the biggest smile ever lol
need to tighten battery cable up cos i put some shopping in boot and knocked off and then fell off when trying to enter the multistory first embarrising mini moment in 2 half years lol
As for newquay it is looking like me and roger will be making appearance all depends on money nearer the time

 One full tank of petrol gone!!!! the entire tank used as follows hehe eastbourne to hastings approx 20m a little trip hastings to ore then back to hastings <5miles hastings to eastbourne back to hastings approx 40m total 65ish miles used at least 28 litres of fuel
