i would advise you refer to the manual for your particular engine number // type (online mini encyclopedia has list of engine numbers cross referenced with what car they come from), its all in the haynes and the rover workshop cdrom if you have access ,not good to go by rumour or hearsay research from proper references no disrespect aimed at anybody just advising as wrong setup could shorted the effective life of your engine .
