right, im getting a bit fed up now ive only had the mini on the road for a couple months now and its eaten about 6 flasher units and now im driving with no indicators. does anyone know of a heavy duty model or how i can a sort this problem out ?!? thanks

Must be a underlying prob there somewhere . Check the wiring bulbs , connection the lot . Minis get so bodged up by previous owners .. Has it got to big a fuse on that circuit .So when the prob does occur the Flasher can has a meltdown before the fuse goes . Shawn is good with electrics , hopefully he will read your post. Dave

hi ant, how are you? whats the latest on your poor car? i still have lights issues & also indicators still play up when they feel like it, having trouble findin the prob? i slowed for a left turn the other day, indicator decided not to work, got hooted at by some k**b in a rover who'd been glued to my jacksie all down priory road, needless to say, even though my indicator didnt work, he still got a rude gesture!! nicky

thanks simon, unfortunately i work eves which is a real shame as i really need to get sorted as mot next month. my partner chris is hoping to have another look today to see if we can work it out, if not maybe we can make it another time if thats ok with you? nicky

my problems seem to be solved thanks to chris! ;D indicators & lights working fine, new fuse box, connections & some sorting has done the trick

well at the mo im just touchin up the chequered roof & passenger side dent (one day whole car resprayed!) etc ready for magnificent motors. main issues though are small hole in boot, wobbly head lights & sorting crabbing prob, MOT coming up in may! ;D also need green tint windscreen & new rubber seal so plenty to do Si! oh & if i came into some money, haha! i would like wider wheels, an alarm & air horns, lol ;D ;D

well you can get air horns cheap enough from a show. they can be solved easy enough, budget for them and im sure we can look out for some. while were all at a show.

thanks tristan, maybe i will get some at brighton in may. i would like the cavalry charge air horns if anyone has seen any somewhere, perhaps they wouldnt mind letting me know. found a site with them but quite pricey & out of stock, nicky
