Hang on! Only one caliper! Interesting? How does the inner brake pad move in as it wears? Or is the disk just pushed in?

the caliper slides as it wears , very common these days .

But the side without the caliper is fixed? Or does that spring have something to do with it apart from holding in the pad?

They work , believe me , most everday cars use sliding single piston calipers .

Just fit a new set of brake blocks Si. Sure they will be able to stop you the speed yours crawls at in the garage. ;D ;D Dont expect they will ever wear out.

They work , believe me , most everday cars use sliding single piston calipers . they work on my push bike ;D ;D
