ok just my mini running sweet after nrly 4 years for being off the road but when i took the beast for a sneaky test run I was having to pump the clutch a few times before it would go into gear!
any ideas? I adjusted the clutch arm and it made no difference... maybe new slave cylender in order???
want to make sure i have tried everything before I go spending more money on it!

how is the fluid level? if it is low this will cuase the problem. howvere there has to be a reason why it is low so it could be master cylinder or slave cylinder or often- both.

or pipes/connections. If you change the hose use a braided one

put a clamp on the hose and if you get a peddle then you know its the slave cyl if after clamping the hose you cont get a hard peddle the you know its the master cyl N
