NO THEY are not.
The front one goes under the clear lights at the front and the rear one goes under the red lights at the back. ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

Just a quick note, if you have sports pack arches fitted you will need to fit genuine rover bumpers, copys dont fit.

yea and never buy cheap bumpers, they will rust and chip your paint off and never fit properly

Cheap bumpers... Where can you get bumpers that don't rust?  Even stainless steel items are of the cheap quality that still rusts after a period of time!! |

i am surprise they dont make them out of polished aluimium . they would never rust but would be soft if you ever knock them they would dent easy.
like most things keep things well maintained, will make things last longer.

paint the back of them in silver paint and clear lacker over the top of them then they wont rust! N |
