There is a company on Tonbridge, been mentioned in the mini mags a few times, would be about 120pounds for a set, curbing marks skimmed and repainted in a colour of your choice. Chrome may up the price.
Are they really corroded? Are they leaking air? Until they are leaking and not holding air its vanity which demands a refurb. Although with the paint off for many years the corrosion could be a problem, but they would develop a slow leak first.

I used South Coast blast cleaning for all the shot blasting on my Mark 1 and other projects . Very helpfull bloke . He will not rip you off , take a wheel along, tell him what you want and he will tell you what's what. He will blast steel and aluminium . They were doing powder coating to . As Shawn has pointed out already they are near the old ferry terminal in Newhaven . Pm me or Shawn if you want more details .

Are you sure the wheels are chrome plated? Toby had some polished Ali wheels on his cooper and as there where not coated they oxidised. He had to sit with a dremmel and give them a good cleaning with polishing paste once a year to keep them looking shiny. If you sandblast your wheels then you will need to get them re-chrome plated. Sandblasting then chrome plating will start to add up. You may as well buy a new set of wheels.

i had problems with "leaking air " on an old set of cosmics. the place i took them to, to have the tyres done, he cleaned up with a wire brush type thing on a drill. then covered the inside of the rims with a black sticky gooey stuff and round the valve hole and fitted tyre. i never had a problem after that.
