Hi Ya Do the front side lights come on ? If no check connection on fuse if yes check connections / plugs to rear lights .Take it you already checked bulbs.

Yup front side lights are all fine. Just went out to try to see if they were working and they came on, turned car off and then tried again and they didnt :S!! Maybe a loose connection or something!?!
Thank Ant

We've a 1982 998 mayfair... all be it with a slight dent at the mo. We had the same, the dash lights we out too. It was the fuse at the back of the engine bay. Plus the connections to the fuse box fell off. New fuse box and fuses, Halfolds crimp set and it was all solved. I hope its the same for you.

Cheers for that. Would that explain why it sometime works and then other time its does being down to the fuses/fuse box?
