hi all iv mannaged to get my windscreens in on my project now however i cant get the chrome filler strip in. any suggestions?iv heard theres a tool that makes easy work of it. does anyone have one that i may borrow or know of another alternative method of fitting it? thanks matt

Plenty of washing up juice and work and press in with your thumbs.The tool can leave ridges in filler strip if your not carefull

ah NUTS , I forgot to tell you Matt I found the fillet strip tool . The only problem is whilst writing this pm I am racking my brains trying to remember where I saw it ;D lol Sure its in the garage will look Thursday evening and let ya know . d ;D

i made one out of an old wire coathanger and held it with molegrips..see if you can find a piccy of one on the internet and replicate it, it does make the job a lot easier. a blunt flat blade screwdriver with the previously mentioned washing up liquid is an alternative but slow option, good luck, be patient!
