No it was from a Metro ive recently scrapped, we did replace the clutch plate so i guess the nut wasn't tight enough, its supposed to 112lbs. Put it all back together today but with a new centre to the clutch housing so that its only the crank thats chewed, see if that grips or not.......

ive seen people use locktight to good effect ,,,,,,,,,,,,just dont expect to undoo it in near future lol

good news, the crank is not dead! Seems to work without slipping so that'll do for the time being
