Driving about today and the clutch starts slipping so i think 'thats odd' and pull over in a layby. There is oil spilling out from various places so I assumne that there has been an internal leak somewhere and oil is on the clutch plate somehow (?) But no I was wrong. Turns out, after being taken home by the AA, that the flywheel nut has come loose and the flywheel is actually spinning on the end of the crank. The crank is grooved pretty badly so i think its probably knackered but im gonna try tomorrow to emery cloth it and put it back together, see what happens. Still annoying though, Ive only had the engine about 2 weeks
