>:(Ok so I am going to sound like Mr Bean now but I just cant get it off! The engine stabilizer I mean. The one bolted to the thermostat housing and the manifold stud. All the bolts and nuts are off but how do I get it off the housing? Its an old one and a hefty piece of metal. The holes fit very tightly around the threads so there is no movement. The manifold stud stops it from moving sideways and the housing ones from it moving up.I haven't even had a drink yet so I cant blame that or am I just being really really stupid!

it a big bit of metal . it will not brake. as oldgit said spray it with wd40 or some theg close and leaver it off. the only thing to brake is the thermostat and everyone has one of these laying around dont worry. you dont learn unless you try.
