As it was seized and moved a bit you may of damaged the bores, which, means a rebore and bigger pistons. ££££££££££
Also just changing the piston rings is not a easy as you think, you almost have to strip the whole engine down, at the same time you might as well replace shell bearings etc but only if the crank is good and does not need regrinding
To be honest it needs a rebuild than a odd few parts replacing.
A good rebuild is going to cost £500 plus with parts and machining work. ( depending if you can strip, check and put it back together or cost more if a engine builder does it for you)
After all the work you put into it , to get the engine fitted and plumbed in, now gone to waste.
Best to go engine hunting, and make sure before you buy you can hear and see it running, someone saying, " yeah it's a good runner when it was going". " sweet running engine" Mean nothing theses day, normally a load of crap, you need to see and hear it for your self.
Sorry to be the bringer of bad news, but I would rather be honest to you, than make you think that it can be fixed cheap or run how it is.

How many miles since its last rebuild? If rebuilt recently that's a good price

I don't think the engine has been rebuilt but it has been maintained well. The head as alan said in His post is new ish. A head like that to by new would be £400 plus
Tony since you have been out the mini seen prices for second hand parts have gone up to a lot. It's now not a cheap car to maintain or restore as it used to be.
