So what's the easy way to get this out? I have managed to remove the master cylinders and bolts through the bulk head but the last 2 are sheer head bolts that hold the front of the assembly to the steering column bracket. Obviously I want to reuse the bracket to my preferred method of hacksaw / angle grinder in not the best. Any thoughts?

I think angle grinding the tops of the sheer nuts is the only way. Unless you can get a hacksaw blade close to the pedal box and cut through the bolt and nut.
You could just use a oxyacetylene torch. Ha ha ha.

Sorted now... I cut through the steering col bracket which allowed me to cut slots in the sheer head bolts just need to straighten and weld up the steering col bracket back together now. Why do they use sheer head bolts? Surely it just makes it a pita to remove them and encourages people to replace them with any old bolt they have going spare N.
