Hi there, My name is Neil and will be moving down to Stone Cross in February next year. We have had over the years 5 minis in our family with two currently residing in my garage. My son Scott's Mayfair (Project Erm on TMF) and my 74 Clubman (Project Paddy on TMF) Erm has been a full on resto for the past two years and is waiting now for his new running gear and interior. Paddy is a rolling resto and will hopefully be back on the road for next years show season and then he will get a full resto. And hopefully a cheeky Pro mo conversion. I'm currently a moderator on TMF and i have to say Mini's are now slowly taking a firm hold in our family.

Hello. Seen you car on tmf. After Paul said to go look how good it is. Also saw it in the mag a while back. But only because I remember seeing It on the trolley.
It's a very nice job you have done. I a bit like you and what to get it perfect.
Also as Paul may of told you. I have a certain r1 engine which I now have no need of. Wink wink.
Welcome to the forum.

And this is Paddy. He's an honest little car with minimal bodgery. He did come with oversills but fortunately the old sills were cut off and the inners were good. There was some rot on the lower flitches on both sides and the upper right hand side. That is now a thing of the past. I will be putting him on the road next year just so he can get a few more miles on the odo as he has only got 33,000 on the clock. Then he will be ripped apart at the end of the year to have his backside sorted properly ie new quarters lower rear panel and complete boot floor due to previous bodyshop repairs that are not the best. His front wings will come off and a complete new front panel as well. Then a front disc conversion as well as drums are poo.
