if i get a mini i am think of putting a engine in 1275gt or metro turbo what esey to put in and what ells wood i have to do

fitting a turbo means your have to do bulk head mods,this is not a cheap convertion,or for a novice, most engines your buy will be worn out, so will the turbo, and everything will need rebuilding to a very high spec, it will cost around £3000 plus
why a 1275gt, there just a 1275, but from a austin 1300gt, or if your talking from a clubman gt then there not much different,
if you want a bigger engine, best to buy a mini first, and maybe one that already has a 1275, if you get one with a 998 or 1100, look out for a A plus engine from a later mini or metro, they had slightly stronger gearboxes and the mg metro's and a bit more lively cam, and try to hear it running before you buy
but the first thing to focus on is getting a mini and make sure the body is sound and not bodged
