Hi,my name is Grant and I live in Eastbourne,East Sussex.
I've owned several classic Minis in the distant past and will shortly be starting a 1988 1000 auto to 1275 manual conversion/restoration,this will be a family effort with additional help coming from my 11 year old son and my 74 dad who used to work Caffyns in the 50's & 60's so hopefully this project will jog his memory.
I've spent most of the last 12 years restoring and running/owning various Citroen 2cv's,Dyane's and even an Ami 8 but have now decided its time for a change and so have come back to the rubber sprung water cooled world.
