What would you guys say is the best fast road cam for my Cooper, it's a standard block but with stage 3 head, 1.5 high lift roller tip rockers and stage 2 lcb. I know theres SW5-07 or Kent cams (not sure on number) or I know AC Dodd just come out with his own range... :S!?! Cheers Ant

Speak to AC Dodd and he'll recommend one for your specific set up. With 1.5s you'll be looking for a milder cam than with 1.3s if it's for the road. Chat to him on his forum. I would have had one myself if he produced them at the time, but they're quite new.

Cheers for the advice guys, think going to go with SW5-07 kits with duplex chain. Got a spare engine that I need to strip down that I know has a better/uprated cam in it and hoping its not too worn passed the point of using it again. I'll keep you lot update.... Ant
