What do you mean by wobble , is this when driving or when you are shaking wheel by hand either side to side or top and bottom . It is possible for the hubs to wear and the first you are aware of it is a light screeching noise . You take the split pin out of the hub nut and find the hub nut loose . You tighten it up , put the pin in and off you go for a week or so until it happens again and you find the hub nut loose etc etc . The only thing to do in this situation is a new hub . I failed a sports pack on the MOT for excessive play in a front bearing some years ago now . I also carried out repairs , found the hub so worn that someone had attempted to weld the bearing race in to stop them moving . Other than that if you have double checked all you have done it could be the steering arm bolts have stretched , you will try to do them up but they could be tight . I failed Mattatude Matt Dawson's green Supercharger Mini for that on the mot . Hi Matt , think your Capri is due a mot soon. ;D.

thanks its wobbley top to bottom not side to side when i put new bearing cups in thay were tight to get the old ones out and new ones in i had to tap them in with a punch i done the ball joints at the same time and all seemed ok till 1 week later /today when you say stearing bolts streached is this on the rack as that was replaced last year

Steering arms are bolted on to the top of the hub with 2 bolts , the track rod end goes through the other end .
Uppy downy play could be in the top suspension arm bearings . Did those on a MGf at end of last year , found out they use the same bearings and pins as the Mini .
Get a helper to wiggle and have a good close look for movement in all componants

to add to daves post,
are your wheels balanced, even if there out by a little or had a odd curb here and there could knock them out.
and it time that slight wobble could be knock something out over time.
its not realy a help to your problem but sometime that may help it coming back often
also tom had it on the sive ,down at the riv run the other year he and jim done the wheel bearing the year before but the internail of the hub was worn, so it a year it was lose and wobbling again, not go when you have a 300 drive hme doing 60mph with a wobble

wheel wobble due to balancing is usually felt between 50-60mph only .
martin has still not said whether its felt when driving or not.
