After replacing the head gasket due to mayonaise in the rocker cover and gearbox, the problem still arises. Im getting water in the oil causing mayonaise. I suspect a crack between the oil and water wells, either in the block or in the head. Is there any way i can test to see which one is at fault? engine is currenlty removed.

What temperature has the engine been running at when hot? Cant believe you would of overheated or over modified an engine to break the water jacket :-P Most commonly this is caused by a cold running engine due to a faulty thermostat staying open. The oil doesn't get sufficiently hot enough to 'burn' off the moisture. Good luck solving it
