Is the meeting still on for Monday the 11th? only the snows up to the hub on the mini and it doesn't like the cold and as there is quite a few fortunate people who don't live in Eastbourne it might be a very quiet meet!!!    ;D |

hi all at the moment the meet is still on but i would say to all members if you are not happy driving to the meet don,t worry there is nothing that important to discuss there is only the riveara run payments to be made if paying by cheque but if you can,t make the meet i,m sure we can sort something out just let us know delly (chairman) |

Hi all, As Pilgrimage meeting was postponed (& even if it was I think the snow would have been an issue)  , I've had a think & decided that rather than try to arrange times to get together to suit everyone, that we utilise the chance of being together at the club meetings each month. Therefore, after the normal club business, I will be having a chat with the pilgrimage team to talk about progress, ideas & updates etc. If there is a need to catch up in between meetings, then I can always call you or use e-mails etc.  Tomorrow (Monday) evening, I would like the team to help me with a suitable flyer design so we can start printing it & handing/ sending it out. Also we need to talk about events & contacts etc. Any questions please feel free to ask. Josie |

Very strange  Last year the club deadline was 27 Feb - they are cutting things fine. Their website says check in October for 2010 details but it's not happened |
