mines just a few years after yours dave in May 2012
nikki, did you manage to get a photo with your car outside the gates of the longbridge gates.
it will great to see him driving to shows and not on the back of a trailer.
as daves says "mk1 first and the best"

Happy Birthday mines just a few years after yours dave in May 2012 nikki, did you manage to get a photo with your car outside the gates of the longbridge gates. it will great to see him driving to shows and not on the back of a trailer. as daves says "mk1 first and the best" hi dean, sorry for such a late reply but not had much time for internet of late. unfortunately didnt get pics by longbridge gates only ones of him on 59 register display area & few on tow truck pics,lol. mind you, was just over the moon that i was asked to take him & that i could get there thanks to chris & my daughter amy looking after the animals/house ;D cant wait to drive him properly, only had brief goes so far. will be leaving him mostly untouched ( my choice but also advised to do so) may have to be trailered if going some distance but chris hopes to have his 'new toy' sorted for that job, his poor car can breath a sigh of relief,lol well done on your progress, have to come take a peek sometime, bet its moved on alot since we last saw it!!!!! |
