Hi
My advantage has the bracket fitted to the steering column to lower the steering wheel.
I want to remove it, but is it just a matter of removing the bracket and re-bolting the steering column in place or is it more involved?
Thanks
Rachel ;D

2 opitions.
undo the clamp and lift it back to the original place and retighten
or find the old clamp undo the 2 bolts on the lower dash rail, undo the clamp around the column and off it comes.old one in reverse
also release the bolt at the bottom of the steering column by the pedals while you move it up and down, then remember to tighten when you have finished, very important you remember this other wise you will not have any steering
its not hard, you took the clutch on and off , on and off and on and off, so you will be able to do this

Just to add to Dean's post above, it is the four nuts that secure the U bolts for the steering rack (two in each footwell) that you need to slacken to allow the input for the rack to match the new angle of the steering column. Not doing this can lead to steering failure.
