Dont know about bodging .........would rather call them Effective repairs ;D .

Anyway both famous bodges were permanat fixes that werent just bodged to get a car home .

All good fun , especially fixing manky waterpump and bypass with Daz and Paul drunk, gone midnight

I think when I nominated you I told Josie that yours was a spectacular "bodge" mainly for the fact that you disappeared for ages then came leaping over the wall brandishing the necessary part ;D

I agree that your bodges would be better described as "fixes" but bodge seems to have stuck ;D

Looking back the gearchange one was a classic .
All those helping now know how to make a quick release gearchange and fit one ;D
