Had to get my new yoko 008 tyre from Minispeed cos they were virtually unavailable and back ordered with everyone .
It took 3 attempts to speak to someone with out actually getting forgotten about. After I had spoken to a neanderthol ug at the end of the line I actually managed to order a tyre, it was more expensive than in the mags, I need tyre for Riv Run so I had no choice as I wouldnt be able to work on car from this friday..
It was being delivered thursday , guess what .......
It didnt turn up .
Knowing these places get things delivered by 2pm usually I gave them a call . Again was listening to stupid music for ages and didnt even get to speak to someone before I decided to put phone down and try again .
This time I got to speak to someone who didnt sound like ug and was told they would look into it .
2 hours latter and a chase up call from me led me to find out that the computers had gone down and lost the order .
Excellent ........ I had to have the tyre by friday as it was the last day I had to fit it .
Thankfully it came today and was even discounted to a trade price which I was told couldnt be done on tuesday .
So .... not happy with the service , unfortunate about the alledged computer hick up and relieved I got it today .
Still wont order again tho unless really really stuck.
