From a while back, i ordered a head gasket and i think it took them up to 2 weeks to send it
and after emailing them a couple times claimed it was due to short staff or some other excuse
but never informed me of why it was late or that it was running late sending and only sent it after i emailed them a few times.
Once i had complained i didnt get an apologie just an assy response.
