unknown steam/smoke?!

I was driving at about 50mph (i dont know if this is relivant)
and noticed that there was steam/smoke coming from my front left hand vent (the one on top of the dash)

Also when i turned on my screen switch steam/smoke started coming out again....

I thought it might just be moisture...anyone have any ideas?!

Evening, I think your interior heater matrix has a leak.

Get your hand under the heater and I expect you'll find its wet.

If so, a replacement matrix is needed. There are plenty of complete heaters on ebay but they are not guaranteed to last, £50 for a new one from mini-spares.

Try one of the local motor factors, plenty of posts about suppliers within the last few days
