Hi there, haven't posted on here for awhile and its been awhile since I have seen most of you (been at uni)! Just wondering how much would it cost to get a leaded cylinder head converted to take unleaded petrol or could I just get away with putting an additive in with the unleaded petrol!?! Ant  |

Well I have found out how much it would cost for the head to be converted to run with unleaded petrol but back to my other question; could I just get away with putting an additive in with the unleaded petrol!?! Ant |

I have always been told that adding additive is fine, also unless you gonna rag ur engine all the time u dont need to worry about using additive, i dont and my engine running fine.

heads from a 998cc engine that was in my mini 30 which i replaced with a 1275.
