i ordered a grille and whiskers 4 weeks ago and they still have not turned up, also elephant trunking i have been waiting a year for that, they tell you the parts will be in for you in a week guaranteed and you are still waiting 4 weeks later, but they are good for small parts if in stock that is

same experiences as above, useful to me if they have the part in stock as i drive past them every day, but orders get forgotten/lost or generally b****d up..

a friend bought some bumpers from these people and found they were all scratched up so he took them back. they said they had so many they couldn't be bothered to check each one and so he didn't bother doing an exchange and bought them elsewhere.

They are total W*****s!!! They ring you up monday morning after waiting for 2/3 months for parts and then expect you to go up that day!! They are so arsey on the phone!!! They are not helpful at all. i asked them what i had to pay for as i lost the back order sheet and all they would tell me is how much i owed them in the end he turned round to me and asked do i want it or not!!! MY account is now cancelled!!!!
