Hi all i have just joined your forum and i am hoping to join the club pretty soon. The only problem that i have is that i dont own a mini (yet). I have owned two in the past, a 1275gt and a clubman but both died of tin-rot. However all is not lost as i am going to look at a 1975 clubman tomorrow that i am told is near perfect. I live in newhaven and would be very keen to join in with the social scene with you guys.
I just thouight i would introduce myself to you all and maybe (if i have a mini in time) i can meet you all at the pub next month

welcome you wil enjoy it here we do lots of fun stuff , next event is a trip to Castle Coombe for a wizz round the race track he he he.

If the mini tonight is ok then castle coombe sounds great, the mini has a 1430 engine with a stage 3 head, kent cams big carbs etc, a roll cage and metro rurbo brakes all round. I normally prefer standard cars but this sounds too much fun to turn down. Only problem is that its about £1500 more than i wanted to be spending. Oh well, BOYS AND THERE TOYS!!
