Hi all,
My name is Linds and I own Zippy, a red 1995 mini cooper 1.3i which I bought last year to replace my rust-eaten mini sprite. Although I live in Eastbourne I work in London so Zippy spends her week outside the station awaiting my return. My first car 20-odd (and some of them were very odd!!) years ago was a Mark II mini 850 and after a succession of boring, family cars (astra/tipo/megane) I finally returned to mini's a couple of years ago when the kids were old enough to clamber in the back and do their seatbelts up themselves!!
Zippy's currently at my garage (Haven at Pevensey) waiting to have new brake discs and pads fitted but should be home early next week - thought we'd toodle out to the British Queen for the next meet and introduce ourselves!
