so if you do a show or run it is down to your self's to make sure your covered
sorry people but hopefully numbers will pick up and we will be able to afford it soon

How much are we short and what happens to the money that members have paid if it is not used on insurance?

We need a min of 10 members. You know what insurances are like there's days they always go up.
Ifwe don't get a min of 10 members and take insurance then the club for this year will go negative over in and out goings.
Keep doing this and there will be no club in about 2 years. If it comes to it, that is what will happen
I say do away with insurance. If we choose to do shows which they choose to see our club insurance
then we don't book as a club and do it on our own then we are fine
But there will be no club stands at some shows.
At the beginning of the club we never bothered as members were low so what's the difference.
Whoo hoo ooo

Hi stephen , good to hear from you, a tenner is fine with me but it seems a majority of our members are just to dammned tight or forgetful to pay up their current subs. where have we gone wrong? we joined coz. its a nice bunch with diverse interests and age groups, would a different meet night help others? sorry to rant but the club is important
