Hi,can anyone confirm that a 1989 City wiring loom has the wires for a rev counter.
I got a 3 dial dash at the Laughton show yesterday and want to make sure the wiring is there before removing the 2 dial dash.

You should have a spare wire Think its white with a black tracer from the loom by the coil.Thats the rev pulse wire then a green wire behind the binacle which goes on rev counter.The other wireing is on the multy plug that plugs into circuit board on back of clocks.

Thanks for the replies guys.
I've just been up the garage removed the old dash and there are 2 spare wires (1 with a female spade and 1 with a round post terminal) which match the 2 posts on the back of the rev counter.
