I called Minispres during the week

Not for the first time I have phoned the Minispares Centre in London and the phone has rung and rung and eventually you get put through to Mini Spares North in Harrogate .

The last couple of times I have ordered through Minispares North .

On one occasion part of my order was from the London Branch the other was from North . The London branch cocked up there part of the order but no problems from Minispares North.

This week London did not answer and I got automatically put through to North .
They were really helpfull as usual and I received my parts the next day . That really surprised me because I ordered between Xmas and the new Year plus you can wait a week for Minispares in London to send something anyway .

I have been using Minispares primarily for 20 years .

nice one dave yes i have placed an order with them the other day so im waiting for the part to come right now ,,,,must of been the london one who deals with the internet ordering then ? as iits not next day ! but i suspect new years got in the way .

Sounds like internet is done at London Shawnus.
I ordered last tuesday from Harrogate 29th and got it wednesday 30th .
Lets face .......it you pay for next day delivery so you should expect it next day . From London you pay next day and it takes a week . I am sure they are very busy but they should address this.

Neil , order by phone and do it through Harrogate
