sound like to me that your battary is dud, and will not hold a charge any more
you can get a bigger battery that fits you battery box, and kicks out more amps which helps when turning your engine over.
the bloke at the car shop in eastbourne know which one, and has sold many to other members in the club the battary is normal found in 2.0L cars so easy turns a mini over, plus you get 10% discount, just show in your card or say your part of edmc
normaly £50-£60,

If you pop to Halfords they have a battery and alternator tester. They will test batteries and alternators for free

hey thankyou i have been running a jeep wrangler batt off a 4lt it has been running it fine befor i got the car. i have full charged it off the car and also have tryed a corsa batt with same probs

lol im a thingy replaced a crap coil 4 a crap coil a quick hunt through martins spares ;D shop and running sweet

latest on the mini new (second hand ) MANUAL not auto subframe it thx tel full poly bushes all round would recomend poly stedty bar bushes that are awsome new dast board in lots switche so all going well
where is the best palce to take car to get tracking done and ho much dose it cost thx

sadly this is the end the road 4 the mini and my mini adventure (for now ) mini is now on ebay with lots other bits ebay name wankys
i needa day to day car 4 few years 25th bday geting another mini or as soon as i can afford to run 2 cars
i have had a fantatic time this is he hardest thig i had to do get rid but got to go
i will still be comeing to club meets and shows just not in mini

tony.tony.tony!! i know youve got probs with your car but look at what ive gone through in the last 7 weeks,believe me there have been plenty of times where i could have jacked it all in. perserverence and you could have it all back again.however at least youve not said your giving up completly! this surley means..... youll be back.. dont dissapear of the mini scene, your welcome over anytime
