Dear All EDMC Members
Tomorrow night is November Club meeting of which we will be casting votes for choosing our nominated charity for 2010.
The current nominations are as stands so far:
Children with Cancer Fund (CWCF)
Kent Air Ambulance & Sussex Air Ambulance (as a joint charity)
The British Diabetic Association
Marie Cure Cancer Care
There will be ballot slips for voting. One vote per member.
A poster will be up with the names of the nominated charities on the wall.
Before the meeting starts there will be an opportunity to add to the nominations if you wish.
Once voting starts, no more nominations can be added.
