Minutes for august club meet
Matt opened the meeting by saying I will be temporary secretary as Kate has been unable to attend the last few meetings, there were no objections so here we go;
Lisa spoke about Events
Rolling road day
Despite looking round it seems that Kent and Sussex classics is the cheapest and nearest place willing to do a rolling road for us. The price is £35, food will be available and they will be letting Lisa know dates available very soon. Please put your names down.
Castle Combe mini day is taking place on September 24th.
Track time passes are still available for £21 each, this will cost £28 on the day so it's a good price. Please put your names down on the post.
Festival of transport 26-29 august
Passes for everyone who put their names down have been received, but you may be able to apply online if you have decided to go.
Laughton show 9-11 September
Applications have been sent off now but you can still apply online if you are now able to go.
Stevens charity bike ride.
Steven is riding from Southampton to Eastbourne in a month or so, in aid of children with cancer, so please support him by donating at www.just giving.com/ Stephencolbran. Thanks very much to everyone who has already supported this good cause
