Here is the agenda for the AGM to be held at Langney Sports and Social Club on Monday, 10 December.
1. Club fees/funds
2. Merchandise
3. Pilgrimage
4. Treasurers report
5. Voting for new committee
Committee roles to be voted on
1. Events co-ordinator
2. Membership secretary
3. Club stand co-ordinator
4. Web editor
5. Forum administrator
6. Newsletter co-ordinator
7. Social secretary
8. Treasurer
9. Club secretary
10. Chairman
Prospective committee members will need to be nominated by a member. In the event that more than one person is nominated for a role, a secret ballot will be held to determine the winner.
A brief description of each role is available in a separate thread.
