sounds like a little gem, you are welcome to borrow the book or i will give you the details for getting hold of it. It is not in general print, the guy that wrote it sells it directly or on ebay occasionally.

I might have to take you up on it, if i find i have to do some work i cant get information for. shame its not on general release!
