Hello, I found this forum after spotting a cute white mini in the Halfords carpark in Eastbourne with a sticker across the window so thought i would join it. I live in Horam with my Mini mad boyfriend. I own a Red 1969 Mini Minus (pics to follow) and a 1982 Beige Mini HL which i have hopefuly just sold and is off to America. Doing my first Mini Run this year with the new red monster. arh so thats the red mini people were talking about at work! the cute white mini is my winter runabout soon to be replaced with a vauxhall omega.... but anyway I work down at halfords and a couple of people mentioned ur car was in the car park tho i didnt get to hav a look. welcome to the club, leave some messages on the forum and pop down to our monthly meet one time  looks like were doing loads of shows this year.... |

Thanks ;D Hopefuly going to a lot of shows ourselves so may see other members around. We popped into the shop to buy cleaning supplies as i had only bought the car the previous day |

Thank you. I found the car on The Mini Forum. The car lived in France and was owned by an englishman who spent the last 6 years building it. As i was willing to sell my soul for the car he was kind enough to spend 7 hours on a ferry and bought it over one rainy saturday to Portsmouth. I was the second one i spotted for sale on the forum and just missed out on the previous one which was lucky because the engine is much better in this one Good luck with your search. There arn't too many around, you just have to be lucky i suppose. |
